Amendia named Chris Fair president and CEO.
Here are four points:
1. Mr. Fair currently serves as Amendia's COO.
2. Mr. Fair succeeds Amendia founder Jeff Smith, who will continue with the company as executive committee chairman.
3. Mr. Fair previously worked at DePuy Spine and St. Francis Medical, before Kyphon acquired the company.
4. He joined Amendia as COO in April 2016.
