Osiris Therapeutics announced a number of leadership changes.
Here are four things to know:
1. Dwayne Montgomery, its current chief business officer, has been named interim CEO.
2. Frank Czworka, currently vice president and general manager of wound care, has been promoted to COO.
3. Mr. Montgomery will replace Dr. Lode Debrabandere, who is resigning from the company citing personal reasons.
4. The company's board of directors has undertaken a search to identify a permanent CEO.
