Marietta, Ga.-based Amendia developed the OmegaLIF expandable lumbar interbody device for intervertebral body spinal fusion procedures.
Here are four things to know:
1. The device is intended for patients with degenerative disc disease at one or two levels from L2- to S1.
2. The OmegaLIF has an expansion mechanism and a cannulated bullet nose design for insertion.
3. Amendia plans to launch several other products in 2016. The company offers cervical, lumbar and interventional spinal devices.
4.
