Conventus Orthopaedics added Scott Flora to its board as a non-executive independent director.
Here are four observations:
1. Mr. Flora is president of Scott Flora Consulting.
2. Before establishing Scott Flora Consulting, he served as president and CEO of OmniGuide Surgical, a surgical energy business.
3. He also previously served as president of Covidien's global business unit.
4. With the addition of Mr. Flora, the Conventus Board of Directors now includes six members.
