Novadaq Technologies has entered into a co-marketing agreement with Arthrex.
Here are six key notes:
1. As per the agreement, the two companies will combine their expertise and devices to offer an endoscopic system for a number of surgical specialties, including orthopedics as well as general, colorectal and gynecological surgeries.
2. Novadaq's PINPOINT upgrade kit helps the integration of its SPY imaging technology with Arthrex's Synergy System.
3. Both companies will continue to sell their own standalone systems in addition to the combined systems.
4. Arthrex will have the ability to include the PINPOINT upgrade kit in all new Synergy System purchases, as well as upgrade their existing installed base.
5. Novadaq's sales team will continue to sell PINPOINT as a part of its fluorescence imaging ecosystem.
6. Novadaq will also supply the disposable kits required to perform SPY imaging procedures directly to those Arthrex customers that have purchased PINPOINT upgrade kits.
