2. Previously, he served as vice president at Sirona Dental Systems.
3. He has also held executive roles at Atlas Spine, Biomet and Mallinckrodt Medical, currently known as Covidien.
4. Collagen Matrix Founder Shu-Tung Li, PhD, has transitioned from the CEO to chief scientific officer and will remain on the company's board of directors.
5. Collagen Matrix focuses on the design of collagen-and mineral-based extracellular matrices for tissue and organ repair and regeneration.
