Ellipse Technologies appointed Jeff Rydin chief sales officer and Bob Krist as chief financial officer.

4. He was CFO at Endologix, a company focused on minimally invasive treatment for aortic disorders. He was responsible for building the company's financial infrastructure, overseeing several equity capital raises.
5. His experience includes time as CFO at CardioNet and several other executive management positions and public and private healthcare companies.
6. At CardioNet he gained experience developing the business model and overseeing several equity and debt capital raises.
