SI-BONE named Laura Francis chief financial officer.
Here are five things to know:
1. Ms. Francis' new position is effective immediately.
2. She has experience in executive management in both private and public companies. She previously served as CFO for Auxogyn.
3. Ms. Francis also served as CFO and treasurer for Promega, where she led several acquisitions of businesses in Asia Pacific countries.
4. She has an MBA from Stanford University and earned her CPA in California.
5. The news of Ms. Francis' appointment comes at the same time the company completed a $21 million round of capital growth financing.
