1. Mr. William sold the shares at an average price of $23.08.
2. The total value of the transaction was worth $1.04 million.
3. After the trade, Mr. William now owns 3.10 million shares which is valued at $72.41 million.
4. Exactech recently reported net income up in the fourth quarter and for the full year of 2014. The revenue for 2014 was up 5 percent to $248.4 million, and for the fourth quarter the company's revenue was up 3 percent to $61.6 million.
