Amedica and InterMed Resources signed a purchase agreement with HealthTrust.
Here are five quick facts on the partnership:
• Amedica will sell its entire line of silicon nitride interbody devices at a contracted price to InterMed Resources
• There will be exclusive distribution through InterMed resources to HealthTrust member facilities
• Amedica's Valeo products are available, made of micro composite silicon nitride biomaterial
• HealthTrust has more than 1,400 acute care facilities nationwide.
• Amedica is the only company with its proprietary silicon nitride products.
