EOS Imaging has appointed Michael Dormer as chairman of the board of directors, according to Healio. Mr. Dormer is the former president of DePuy, and he led the device company through its initial public offering and its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson. He also served as the chairman of medical devices and diagnostics division for Johnson & Johnson.
Mr. Dormer joined the EOS board earlier in 2012.
