Ivivi Orthopedic, a medical device company, has changed its name to Amp Orthopedics, according to a company news release.
The new name will reflect the company's focus on the orthopedic specialties, including post-operative indications and musculoskeletal diseases. Amp Orthopedics produces non-thermal pulsed radiofrequency technology for ameliorating pain and edema in orthopedic settings.
