Romano Ferrari, former president of Medtronic AVE Europe, has been appointed chairman of Ascendx Spine, according to an Ascendx Spine news release.
Mr. Ferrari previously served as president of healthcare Industry Consultants and has experience with several international healthcare companies. In his new role, he will be expected to play a hands-on part in executing the company's commercialization efforts internationally.
