ReWalk Robotics priced its initial public offering at $12, according to a Renaissance Capital report.
The company, which focuses on developing exoskeletons, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol RWLK. Barclays and Jefferies acted as joint bookrunners on the deal, according to the report.
