Thompson Surgical Instruments Launches Radiolucent Hepatobiliary Blade Kit

Thompson Surgical Instruments announced the launch of its new Radiolucent Hepatobiliary Blade Kit at World Transplant Congress, July 27 to 30, in San Francisco.

The blade kit is designed specifically for imaging during open hepatobiliary procedures. It will feature radiolucent blades that allow the surgeon to keep the Thomson Retractor in position during choliangiograms.

 

Thompson Surgical Instruments is the developer of the Thompson Retractor, a mechanical retractor that offers one frame for all exposure needs, multi-planed retraction and unlimited customization.
