Titan Spine Presents Data to Support Endoskeleton Implant for Lumbar Fusion

Spinal Tech

Titan Spine released clinical data at the 13th Annual Meeting of the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery that supports the use of its Endoskeleton titanium interbody cage for lumbar fusion. The prospective study looked at 77 patients undergoing ALIF procedures with the device. Independent radiologists analyzed the 138 spine segment levels treated, and found a 100 percent fusion rate between 6 and 12 months, according to the release.

The Endoskeleton implant uses a proprietary acid-etched surface to support bone purchase and new bone growth.
