Exactech, a developer and producer of bone and joint restoration products, has announced the acquisition of Brighton Partners, the sole source supplier of the direct compression molded polyethylene bearings used in Exactech's Optetrak knee replacement system.
Exactech paid $5.5 million for the company and said it plans to retain Brighton Partners employees.
