Former Stryker CEO Stephen MacMillan is seeking a senior management position with Johnson & Johnson on the heals of a sudden resignation from Stryker for "family reasons," according to a Wall Street Journal report. New information surrounding Mr. MacMillan's resignation links his actions to a romantic relationship with a former Stryker employee — a flight attendant with the company's corporate jet — which made some members of the board uncomfortable. A private investigator for the company found Mr. MacMillan had no wrongdoings, according to the report, but was still forced to resign.
