Wright Medical Group named James A. Lightman senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.
Mr. Lightman has previously held chief legal officer positions with Eyeonics, IntraLase, Summit Autonomous and Amicore. Throughout his career, he has led strategic merger, acquisition and financing transactions totaling almost $3 billion.
