ThermoGenesis, a Rancho Cordova, Calif.-based medical device company, recently partnered with Arthrex to market the ThermoGenesis Res-Q 60 System for preparing autologous platelet-rich plasma and bone marrow concentrate, according to a company news release.
The FDA-cleared Res-Q technology is a point-of-care platform designed to prepare cell concentrates. Once prepared, the PRP is mixed with autograft or allograft bone prior to application.
