Patient ID Solution Will Ensure Right Care at Right Time for Right Patient, HIMSS Says

The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society made three recommendations, including the support of a patient identity solution, to Congress during National Health IT Week last week, according to a HIMSS report. HIMSS told Congress a patient identity solution will ensure each constituent is the right person getting the right healthcare at the right time.
