Arien Malec, the ONC's coordinator of the Direct Project and the Standards & Interoperability Framework, has resigned to return to the private sector, according to a Health IT Buzz report.
Jitin Asnaani will succeed him as coordinator of the S&I Framework and will serve as interim coordinator for the Direct Project.
