In 2010, 21.7 percent of hospitals adopted computerized physician order entry, compared to 15.7 percent in 2009, according to research firm KLAS.
The KLAS report, "CPOE 2011: The ARRA Effect," also found Cerner's Millennium PowerChart had the most hospitals live with CPOE.
