A survey of 2,719 family physicians who had electronic health records found that the most satisfying aspect is the ability to customize the system, according to a news release by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
The AAFP's "2011 EHR User Satisfaction Survey" showed the next two most satisfying aspects that physicians reported were electronic prescribing (70 percent) and electronic messaging (69 percent).
