ZocDoc has introduced the ZocDoc Check-In, which allows patients to fill out medical forms online prior to their visit. The new program compliments ZocDoc's existing service, which helps patients find nearby physicians and book appointments instantly online. Both programs securely save the information and the Check-In will pre-fill forms when a patient books with a participating ZocDoc.
The service is free for patients and the Check-In comes at no additional cost to providers already using ZocDoc services.
